We service many holiday homes in and around the North Devon Area including Instow, Appledore, Westward Ho! and Bideford. Our basic service provides for a changeover attendance where we ensure that your gardens, paths and grassed areas are ready for your arriving guests. You can then add to this additional services based on your needs including;
- Rubbish Service
- Recycling Service
- Hot Tub / Swimming Pool Cleaning / Chemical Balancing / Servicing
These are quoted services and we will meet with you to discuss what you want done, the frequency and then provide you with a cost.
In addition to this we provide a property maintenance service wherby we work with your cleaning company to ensure that any minor repairs found or reported by guests are made safe and then repaired. Often this can be done during the changeover period but if not we will work with you and your guests to ensure this is done at a mutually convienient time.
